Who this is for
You're running a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled B2B company in the EU (e.g. DACH, CEE, Benelux). Post-seed or Series A — or profitable with growth. You've tried OKRs or "AI" and want it to work properly. You don't want another 6-month engagement or a 100-slide deck. You want to know what to do first and then decide.
The problem
- OKRs are a checkbox — written once, never reviewed, or abandoned. The board asks "what are your key results?" and the answer is vague.
- Delivery is late or ad hoc. "We need to be more agile" has been said for a year but nothing stuck.
- AI — you want to use it where it saves or earns, but you don't know where to start or what will move margin or revenue.
- You're tired of being the bottleneck for "what we do first." You don't have time to run it yourself, and you don't want to bet on a big consultancy.
What you get
A Snapshot: a 2-day deep dive (calls + review of your materials) that gives you one clear priority and a 90-day plan in 5 working days.
The deliverable is a 4–6 page report:
| Section | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Where you are today | OKRs, delivery, and AI readiness — based on your context. |
| 3–5 prioritised initiatives | Impact vs effort. What to do, in order. |
| One "do this first" | The single highest-leverage next step. |
| Recommended next step | e.g. 90-day program for one win, or retainer for ongoing guidance — or stop after the report. |
You decide what to do next after you see the report. No obligation to continue.
How it works
- You share context — 1–2 calls and any materials that help (e.g. strategy, OKRs, roadmap, org).
- I do the assessment — ~12–16 hours over 2 days: map where you are and where the biggest leverage is (OKRs, delivery, AI). No generic deck; built from your company.
- You get the report — Within 5 working days. 4–6 pages. One "do this first" and 3–5 priorities. Recommended next step.
- You choose — Use it internally, take it to the board, or continue with a 90-day program or retainer. Or stop there.
You don't run the assessment. I do. You get the report.
Pricing (fixed, no RFP)
| What | Price (EUR) | Commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Snapshot: AI + OKR & delivery | 1,500 (foundation) or 2,000 (standard) | One-off. You sign; you get the report. |
| Snapshot: AI & process only | 1,500 (foundation) or 2,000 (standard) | Same. Focus on process and AI/automation only. |
Foundation price = for the first 10 Snapshot clients (or until I have 3 testimonials). In exchange: a short written testimonial and permission to use company name + industry in my materials. Standard price = after that.
All prices ex VAT (B2B in EU).
If you want to go further (optional)
- 90-day program: One concrete win (e.g. OKR rollout for company + 2 teams, one process automated, or release cadence fixed). 8,000 EUR (foundation) or 10,000 EUR (standard). If by day 45 we're not on track, we do a joint review and either adjust scope or agree an exit — no extra charge.
- Retainer: 1 day/week (8–10 h/month): 3,200–4,000 EUR/month. Or 2 days/week: 5,500–6,500 EUR/month. 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. No 6–12 month lock-in.
You only choose these after the Snapshot if it makes sense for you.
Risk reversal
- Satisfaction safeguard: If the Snapshot report doesn't give you at least 3 actionable priorities and one clear "do this first", I add a 1-hour follow-up call at no extra cost to refine it.
- Fixed scope: You know exactly what you get (4–6 page report, 5 days) and what it costs. No open-ended discovery.
- Small bet: If the report isn't useful, you're out 1,500–2,000 EUR, not 6 months of consultancy.
- No long lock-in: Snapshot is one-off. Retainer (if you ever take it) is 3 months minimum, then 30 days' notice.
Why this way
- Your context, not a generic deck. The Snapshot is built from your materials and your company. I've worked in software and product leadership in scale-ups — OKRs, delivery, AI. The output is tailored to you.
- One priority, not a programme. You get one "do this first" and a plan. So you can align the team and show the board progress without a 6-month transformation.
- You don't run it. I do the 2-day assessment. You get the report. If you want implementation later, we do a bounded 90-day program or retainer — still fixed scope.
- No RFP, no committee. One conversation, one yes. You sign. Fast.
I'm building my advisory practice with a few selected clients. You get senior experience in AI, OKRs, and delivery with fixed scope and clear deliverables — no big-consultancy overhead. We grow proof together.
